How does CO2 Laser Resurfacing work?

This process triggers new healthy skin growth and intensive healing. Targeting these damaged cells stimulates fresh healthy cell growth with a speed and accuracy unmatched by other lasers. This could be likened to pulling weeds out a garden so flowers can grow, or picking the dead leaves off a plant to regenerate healthy growth.

In general, treatment with CO2 Laser Resurfacing is somewhat uncomfortable but not painful. Some patients describe the feeling like a tiny rubber band snapping against the skin or a warm miniature pinprick.
